Can You Help?

Hadd Pl 3

The new developers of the Haddington Place site are very happy for the
archaeological dig on the site of the Botanic Cottage on Haddington Place to go
ahead, and the RBGE has timed the dig to coincide with the Festival of British
Archaeology. RBGE are currently recruiting volunteers to help the team from
Addyman Archaeology to work on the dig – whether scraping, digging, cleaning, or
recording.

The dig will take place from the 16th to the 24th of July (excluding Sunday the 20th),
from 10 am to 4 pm each day – if any of you fancy being involved, please do let
Sutherland know – you would be very welcome!
